Terms of Service

Your photos

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed to appear crying in an AI video. Don't upload photos of minors without a parent's consent, and don't use the service to impersonate, harass or deceive anyone — including faking real distress. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.

Payments, video credits and refunds

Packs of 1, 3 or 10 videos are one-time purchases; there is no subscription. Each pack gives you that many video credits (one credit makes one video). Credits don't expire and are tied to your private pack link rather than an account, so keep that link. If a generation fails, its credit is returned automatically. If we can't deliver a video at all, email us for a refund of the unused credits.

AI output varies from take to take. If a video doesn't look like the person in your photo, or the person is replaced, tap “Needs work” on the video page or email us within 7 days: we'll remake that video once for free, or refund it if you prefer. Differences in movement, framing or style are part of how each take comes out and aren't a reason for a refund on their own.

Your video

You may use the videos you generate for personal and social media use. Videos are silent: they contain no music or vocals. You are responsible for any audio you add.

No affiliation

AI Crying is an independent tool and is not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, CapCut, Dreamina, any show, film or platform. Videos are fiction: the tears are AI-generated acting, not a record of real events.
